Our building was originally constructed as a major project by D. Rowland — a laboratory dedicated to testing the wound-healing acceleration properties of Auxibacterium carbonigenum. Following his death, his daughter, A. Rowland, assumed the role of person-in-charge.

The majority of the laboratory complex, as well as the shelter, is located underground. All materials containing the agent have currently been eliminated for safety reasons. The facility comprises a shelter, laboratories for testing on volunteers, a lab for studying NPI-infected, a food services department, a military sector, and the headquarters.
