ESERT is an organization founded by D. Rowland following the initial NPI infection outbreaks. Four facilities are located across the territory of the former USA, comprising a civilian shelter, an army detachment, and a testing laboratory.

1st building - located in the northwest. This website is operated on behalf of this specific facility, and the information provided focuses primarily on it.

2nd building - located in the northeast. We last received a signal from there four years ago.

3rd building - located in the southwest. We last received a signal from there a year ago.

4th building - located in the southeast. We last received a signal from there two years ago.

Every individual present in ESERT faculties is assigned a specific number in the database and is required to wear a badge displaying that number. Badge numbers cannot be transferred after the holder's death.

Badge designations:

HD [X] - from "head". The administrative position and person with primary responsibility for the entire facility. In our building, this role was held by D. Rowland until his death, which occurred three months after the organization began operations.

MG [X-YY] - from "manager". A trusted representative of the HD. In force majeure situations, they may hold the HD's position.

DR [X-YY] - from "doctor". Possesses the authority and right to conduct experiments on test subjects, also holds a position of respect.

HP [X-YY] - from "helper". A standard facility employee performing their assigned duties.

TS [X-YY-ZZZ] - from "test subject". Individuals used for experimentation by DRs, each is assigned to a specific DR and subjected to whatever experiments are deemed necessary. They are either volunteers or NPI-infected.
